Gulab Meal Prep started as Gulab Indian Bistro, the best Indian food in Clovis. The name Gulab, meaning rose in Hindi, reflects the warmth and care behind every meal prepared. What began as a restaurant built on real homestyle Indian cooking eventually became something more. A way to bring that same food directly into the homes of the people who needed it most.
