bro this karahi hit different, meat was soo tender and the gravy was perfect with the rice. definetly ordering again
The aroma hit as soon as I opened the container. Long grains, vibrant spices, and good layering. A side of cucumber raita rounded it out nicely.
Ordered the tikka dry fry for dinner. The crunch of the bell peppers and onions paired well with the spice-coated bites, though I wish it had just a little more lemon kick to balance the masala.
Great portion size on the aloo gobi. The cauliflower florets held their shape without turning mushy, and the cumin-heavy masala tasted genuinely authentic.
Very rich, creamy gravy with a subtle hint of sweetness. Ideal with garlic naan, though an extra pinch of kasuri methi on top would have elevated the aroma.
Huge paneer cubes in a silky, tomato-heavy sauce. The paneer stayed soft and absorbed the flavors well, though it's definitely on the milder, creamier side.
Light, fluffy basmati rice with sweet green peas. Perfectly cooked without clumping together—made a solid side to soak up our curries.
Crispy chicken bites coated in a thick, spicy glaze with lots of fresh coriander and sautéed peppers. Solid heat level and made for an excellent starter.
Nicely charred tandoori chicken with plenty of smoky aroma. The drumsticks were juicy inside, and the roasted capsicum slices added great texture.
Proper homestyle chicken curry. The gravy had decent depth and wasn't overly oily, and the chicken piece was tender enough to pull apart easily with a spoon.
