Gulab Meal Prep started with one simple idea: good Indian food shouldn't just be for special nights out. We wanted people in Clovis and Fresno to have it any day of the week, without shopping or standing at the stove.
Our team also runs a local restaurant here in town, one that's already loved by plenty of people in Clovis and Fresno. Now that same team is bringing you Desi meals you can fit right into your daily routine.
Every dish we send out is made the same way we'd cook it for ourselves: proper spices, quality produce, nothing rushed. That's the standard we hold every single batch to, week after week.
